These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Receipt Reminder mobile application ("the App"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

b. Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you upload, including ensuring that you have the necessary rights to upload and use the content. You agree not to upload content that is infringing, offensive, or violates any third-party rights.

3. Features and Functionality

a. Uploading Receipts: The App allows you to upload receipts from your device's gallery/camera roll or take photos of receipts. You understand that the App processes these images to enable features such as reminder setting and text recognition for search.

b. Reminders: You can set reminders on receipts to help you remember important dates or actions related to those receipts. The App will send you notifications based on the reminders you set.

c. Receipt Management: You can organize and delete receipts within the App as per your preference.

d. Text Recognition and Search: The App uses automated processes to recognize text in receipt images, making it easier for you to search for specific receipts based on the text content.

4. Prohibited Conduct

When using the App, you agree not to:

a. Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

b. Infringe upon or violate the intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others.

c. Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or its servers.

d. Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activities.

e. Use the App to transmit or distribute viruses, malware, or any other harmful computer code.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of the App's owner or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. 6. Disclaimer of Warranties
